StarBerry Storm v3.0

Starberry was originally created by ado90, but because he left the forum i took over the project.

Features:
Vibration
Sliding wallpaper changer on gadget
wallpaper.xml file to define wallpaper location.
Sharper look.
New 24h clock.
New date layout.
And some other graphic updates.

So far i have only updated the gadget, menu, flashplayer and myfiles come soon.
