Whats the difference between color.bin and ColorTbl.rsb?? I mean the difference in functionality??

The .rsb file has support for 11 skin colors i think, as for how to create them, i dont know, how about QuB??.  there will probably be more info on keeg.ru

Okay I have found an article on editing the rsb's. I am going to give it a try. I want to make some different colors skins. Any suggestions??
