To solve this problem:

Method 1:

1) switch off your phone
2)switch on the phone and while booting press and hold the back button[the middle button on star]....
3) this makes the star to start in normal mode..i.e without mods
4)now connect the mobile in media player mode and place the missing gadget.swf...
5)restart the phone....now without pressing back button...

Method 2:
This tutorial also solves the problem that if you want connect your phone in mediaplayer mode to put your themes in RES folder but you cannot connect phone in mediaplayer mode.

1)First copy the gadget.swf/menu.swf which u want to put in your phone
2)Then Connect your phone in PC studio mode...
3)After PC studio is opened click on the phone icon, it will show the available folders in internal memory of your phone...
4)Browse for the RES folder and paste the missing gadget.swf /menu.swf in it( if you DONT have RES folder create it now by right click->new folder)....
5)disconnect your star and then restart it...

Enjoy...

NOTE: 1)White Screen Appears when you dont have gadget.swf/menu.swf in res folder.
           2)Remember Even if whitescreen appears phone can be connected in PC studio Mode.
