how to go to patch menu and disable the myfiles patch ? except that everything works like a charm... THANKS in advance....

First switch off the phone.
Then, go to patch menu by pressing and holding lock key + Power on/off key

Note: Touchscreen won't work in patch menu.
Select patches using Camera Key and browse using vol up/down key and change pages using call and middle key.
And to save press lock key.

While using this theme, the pop up message notification does not work. I press the "read message" and nothing happens.

Positions cannot be saved in this mod. But you can edit .xml file which is present somewhere in the res folder.

You have to flash your phone to a patchable Firmware..
After that,
Install the patches provided and copy the Res folder.
