S5230 "Upload data to pc" Problem

Is the only way to get out of it by flashing the firmware? I got all my numbers on the phone and deleting them would be a pain in the A**. Any help, fast please?

well.. try to reinstall the usb driver "make a fresh install" then restart pc connect and try cause i think problem isn't from the FW and about the whole numbers you can transfer them to sim then repack after flashing but i strongly recommend to make hard rest first to fix the the problem...
