Differences between S8000, S8003 and S800M firmwares?

Hello,

Are there any difference between S8000, S8003 and S800M firmwares? My current firmware is S800MCEJJ3 and it has some problems... could I update tu S8000XPJG1?

the digit in question denotes the phone version/ series  ... yes you can put  XPJG1 on there.
