SAMSUNG B7722 Dual SIM

Hi I just bought a B7722 Dual SIM mobile
it works great, but mine has a bug:
ALARM - it will not accept to set the days i program
(after i set  the days, it resets to: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri - no matter what i put)
even if i put "one Time", it still resets....

Well, I have updated the firmware (B7722XEJL1); it runs ok now, i have set 2 E-Mail accounts (On GMAIL) and connect through WI-FI - it runs OK; but... it's a russian firmware and alot of widgets are in russian + Google maps is in russian and it jams;
If anyone can help with a link to an XX or another tipe of firmware i'd be very happy (mind that the firmwares for this phone have to be in excess of 200MB - otherwise they're incomplete and won't work);
another problem i found was that the "vol" buttons are kinda squeaky...
When you update the firmware, set the software, hit "START" and after everything turns "blue" with the phone OFF press and hold the VOL DOWN KEY and CARD SWITCH KEY simultaneous, and plug in the USB cable... the update should start automatically

That is a bug in some firmware. You can try and hard reset the phone (back up every thing you do not want to loose first! *2767*3855#) If no luck, you will need to wait for a fixed firmware.

Yes, Thanks but i sent the phone to the store to replace it (it also doesn't recognise audio files sometimes (including it's own ringtones!!!) so I am waiting...

I have a new B7722. For the first few weeks the alarm worked OK.

Now I have the same problem as you. The Alam Repeat setting cannot be saved and always resets to M,W,T,F. In other words, I cannot set the alarm to go off on Tuesday.

I have tried a full reset (*2767*3855#)

I have tried taking out both SIMs and the SD card.

Kies says that the firmware cannot be upgraded.

What do I do?

I am pretty disappointed by this firmware bug. I also have problems accessing WiFi. Not very good!

Any suggestions wecome.

I HAVE THIS PHONE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PHONE THAT I AM UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY FILES THROUGH UC WEB, OPERA OR BOLT BROWSER, EVERY TIME THEY TAKE THE FILE IN DOWNLOAD MANAGER BUT DIDNOT DOWNLOAD, THAN I HAVE INSTALLED FILE EXPLORE & FIND THAT EVERY FILE ATTRIBUTE SHOW TICK IN READ & HIDDEN OPTION BUT DIDNT TICK ON WRITE OPTION SO THAT REASON I DIDNOT DOWNLOAD FILES I THINK , WHILE I TICK ON WRITE OPTION & SAVE BUT EVERY THAT SAY " WRITE DENIED" SO I DIDNOT UNDERSTAND HOW MY PROBLEM WILL SOLVE OUT.

Hello, I have found where the problem lies with "FILE HAS INCORECT DATA":
JAVA - anytime I use/run a JAVA application (game, Opera etc) afterwards the phone has that error;

it is not abel to connect or sync to my pc via usb cabel.
the phone use to connect earlier with out any hassel.
