Operater Settings

While i was looking through the chinese firmware (ZCII3), i noticed a folder full of country folders, and in these folders were subfolders of network operaters. They had settings files which contained internet settings and MMS settings. I copied the ireland folder over to MXEIL2, hoping that when i flashed it would enable the internet settings, but It didn't. Does anyone know how to get it to work?

i dnt think such a complicated process is necessary
jus call customer service and ask for help...thats what i did in my case..they sent me the internet and mms settings in a text msg  :agree:

I know that I can do it that way, but I'd still like to find out how to do it this way, as i flash once every 1-2 weeks.
