I`m sending my phone for a repair. They said that it`s a screen problem and it needs to be replaced. I`ll let you know if it solved my problem or not. :\

If your phone isn't already in the service, you should try this:
Quote
Adjusting the touch-screen

  Enter service-mode (*#197328640#), goto ‘Internals’ and select ‘Test cases’. Enter the ‘Test Touch Config‘ menu. You can change the following settings to improve touch-sensibility and movility:

  MOVE 5
  FLICK 150
  PRESS 2
  LONG 35
  DOUBLE PRESS 800
  DOUBLE PRESS 25
  POLLING TIME 5

  Any options not displayed above – please leave them as they are.

  In order to test the touch-screen you can enter the test mode with ‘*#0*#‘ and see how your settings work.

  >> Internals --> option 9 --> option 5 --> option 2
  >> then
  >> *#0*# --> Option 9

  !!! REMEMBER TO WRITE DOWN THE ORIGINAL VALUES !!!

Thank you for your help, but my screen is all messed up now, so I cannot type :\\\ service it is then lol :)))

With the aid of a bluetooth keyboard you should be able to input the needed things, but maybe it's cheaper to take it to the service...

Unfortunately my Jet was declared unrepairable because of the "calibration" issues...
Some of the problems may look like calibration issues but it could be harware as well as in my case.

So far for hoping to get Android on my Jet, now I have a new phone with less specs but a decent OS.

Anyway, good luck with the screen issues

I have a similar problem occurring with my S8000. The strange element to this is that the touchscreen seems to work okay when the simcard has been removed. Once the simcard has been put back into the phone and the phone reset so that it recognises the sim it starts to play up again.

So I guess mine is going back to the retailer...

Problems with digitizer is well known on JET and also mine phone went to repair a week ago and now is back and fully working touch screen. I tried many  advices before (fridge, digitizer "massage", recalibrating, restarting... nothing helped) only way to solve it is replacing bad digitizer. If your phone is in guarantee then dont wait and take it back to retailer. Other way you can repair it yourself (only if realy manualy and knowing expert) digitizer costs few bucks on ebay, or take it to repair service nearby...
