It is possible to 'download' ringtones from payed sites. When you listen to a preview of the ringtone. The ringtone actualy is saved in the cache of your browser.

Go to the cache of your browser and rename on of the last files after listening to *.mp3. Or just test it by opening the file with vlc mediaplayer.
