s8003 "unable to start applictaion while file list is being updated"

Hi guys

i just need a help for a s8003 jet
my problem is that the when i open the phone it doesnt detect the operator or open messages or pics or any thing and keep saying "unable to start applictaion while file list is being updated" but when i plug the usb cable and start the phone everything works fine, and sometimes the mobile wont even open unless i plug the usb.
i tried to flash with another rom but same thing happened in the new rom.
any idea of what is going on

You could have corrupt files on your MicroSD or internal mem. Take out the MocroSD and see if the phone functions properly. It is not the firmware.

but i dont have a micro SD, only the internal memory and i already tried flashing but the new rom has the same error
so what do you think i should do

Have you hard reset the phone? There is a very small possibility your internal memory is damaged, but not likely. You may be able to delete every thing in the memory with the computer using the phone as mass storage.

yes i have tried hard reset many times but still nothing
