Device not recognized, Phone or data cable problem?(FIXED)

I dont know if im in right section. MOD just transfer this topic if Im wrong.

Ok, this what happens.
I buy a new data cable to flash my phone, because of my fault I got the "Upload data to pc" txt line on my phone after/every booting. by setting the debug to HIGH.
My problem is after i install Samsung PC Suite 7, I Connect my phone but my pc cannot recognize the phone, "DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" i connect the phone normaly without turning it on, it tries to start but it keeps rebooting, Its the same when i connect it to charger w/out turning it on.
I also try turning it on first(w/ the sreen Upload data to pc) then connect to pc, and turning it on in download mode (vol. - + call down + cam. shut key) but no luck.

Please help me, is the phone or data cable have problem?

NOTE:
I've successfully flashed my phone by changing my class A data cable to a genuine .

Would be good to know what phone you have then I can put this in the correct section and also methods of fixing problems vary from phone to phone
Edit: Sorry, just remembered you have star wifi, its been a long day!
