Use wondering. I have saved html file in my phone "other files" folder, whenever I click on it, it opens on the Samsung browser. but since scrolling is not that good, i was think of using UCweb browser to open the html file. but am unable to open the file via local browsing.
is this address the correct one:
file:///Media/Other files/Venues.htm
as it does not work in UCweb browser.
Does other browsers such as bolt or opera mini support local offline browsing?
