is there a way to optimize the power consumption?
« on: June 16, 2012, 08:40:04 AM »
hi friends,

i use MCJJ3 F/W, jet drains power really fast when i watch movies...  i believe this is due to screen light up for the duration of teh movie, apart from that i couldnt think of anything else.... but is there way to optimize the power consumption so that i could watch movie for a longer time?

or even better, for any use, generally, is there away to optimize the power consumption?

thanks

other than lowering the screen brightness, make sure blue tooth and wifi are off.

You could experiment with POJB1 firmware, i found it to have better battery life than CEJJ3

Yeah, plus disable auto brightness, as it uses a plus sensor, which consumes energy.
