This lock has weather animations from siris_cac's hTC sensation mod which is super fast than that lock and optimized for newphonelock patch
Put the weather.txt in Res/Flash/Widgets

Hey even i found out a way to use gadget codes in lockscreen.....ill be using it in my mod from beta II

yes i got the same thought and almost wrote the code but unfortunately my flash CS5.5 trail is expired
