yes it supports but i guess u hav to root it its kind of jail break on ios and u can even install flashplayer 11 but by some other method!!

I'm not exactly sure about this.
But I can view youtube videos redirected from facebook and plays in the browser though I've not got Flash Player and Youtube app installed in my Galaxy Mini.

There is special app for playing YT videos, and Ace supports it as far, as it is mp4 version of movie avalible. Else, you have to install flash player. There are some versions ported to arm6, and there is no need to root phone to install it.
