hi, i'm a newbie, and i have just installed the ROM, but i got stuck in bootloop, and i noticed that the installer said that my phone is not Sensation XE, while in fact it is Sensation XE,need some help here

First check MD5 sum before flashing, if it does not match you have a bad download so redownload it!
 
Then it is advisable to have 4EXT Recovery Touch instead of CWM because only 4EXT supports the interactive setup, CWM uses default values which is "NO" to all the questions, hence why it said your phone is not an XE.
 
Then if you still experience bootloop, use a super wipe script (I will upload one in about 2 hours) then reflash the ROM

I will upload a file called PG58IMG.zip


It will contain the latest 4EXT Recovery Touch and what you need to do it put it in the root of the sd-card then boot into HBOOT using Vol down and power keys then follow the onscreen instructions to flash the recovery.img

now, my phone is stuck on HTC screen after i restore my official ROM, maybe my phone is bricked?? do you have any solution or way to completely turn it back into factory setting, i mean S-ON, unrooted, and CID back to normal?

you shouldnt restore an official ROM from an RUU!!
did the firmware flash go OK?  If it did then you should flash the ROM in the first post and your phone will be fine

okay, i got it done, and now i'm a proud user of DF ROM ) appreciate the help, thank you so much....BTW will you guys still update the ROM even after the official comes out?? because i have an experience that custom ROM is sometimes one step ahead of the original, and i would like to know what Sony Bravia Engine does, and whether dual core is already optimized in this release?? sorry for the hell load of questions
