Hi Jonny,
I have downloaded DF 6.3.1 just now. Now I should install the ROM by putting it in the SD Card and then enter recovery mode and then choose install from zip from the recovery. The same way right?
And same procedure for 6.3.2. incremental update right?

it is a headache installing software and the contacts and the personal data again when i wipe and upgrade the ROM. if i take backup and then restore i hope the softwares and personal info can be restored? can u please help

The procedure for installation is correct though for 6.3.1 i highly recommend super wipe.
contacts can be backed up by exporting them to sd card then importing them back after ROM is installed. sms can be backed up by an app available from the market and apps can be backed up via titanium backup app
