Please consider donating a little to the darkforest group to fund the cost of a Samsung Galaxy Ace, of which we will use to develop kernel's for.
We cannot promise anything of now but we do assure you that you will get something back from your money, whether it be a kernel or a rom.
I recently ported ICS to the HTC Wildfire from the HTC Droid Eris, have some experience in C and Java, and can develop custom rom's, stock or AOSP, providing there is existing source.
You don't have to donate right away, just post saying how much you would donate and if we feel there is significant donations we will then start collecting donations.
I myself can promise you a custom kernel, with all the CPU governors you want, some IO schedulers, but I can't promise overclock. Darkforest can do about the same, and we will work together to make DarkforestROM and DarkforestKERNEL for your device.
