Galaxy Xcover, a tough one?

Okay, so apparently this phone can be submerged 10 metres underwater for half an hour and will still work afterwards?
What do you think?

Looks like Somebody is trying to copy the motorola's ideas of proofing everything like moto's dustproof and scratch-proof DEFY..

Defy was splash proof too, but not water proof.

As there are waterproof watches around, I guess the technology is true about waterproof (But not sure, about dust proof and shock proof .. But Casio G-shock watches are 100% shock proof, as even if we dumped it crazy enough it won't break) And these all got adapted into a Mobile Phone, pretty interesting.
Although Samsung had already released a water-proof phone before, I'm not sure about its rate of success!
