boot loop firmware or hardware?
« on: October 20, 2011, 04:20:53 PM »
Hello

suddenly my phone freeze it was in my pocket
when i get it out it was on the boot logo of Samsung
and some times i get a cyan color screen with the flowing

Welcome to Samsung Mobile

Initializing file systems...
Wait 30 secs
Mass Storage Initializating...Wait(1min)
Mass Storage mounted...

i change the battery, i flash but no success
but when i flash i didn't go easy it complete all files
after several times of errors so each time i start over
until it finish all the files then i get the same boot loop!
i think it is a hardware problem is it the 6410 possessor
or the 2g internal memory? (i think of this one)
the funny thing is that Samsung mobile repair shop
in Egypt says that it is better to buy a new one as the
repair will be so expensive. they didn't open it just looking
at the screen
any ideas ?
and when it says Mass Storage mounted...
it means it is going to load from memory card
istad of the bad internal 2G memory -i presume -
thanks a lot
and any help would be appreciated

that is the screen that comes up after a reflash,  and mass storage mounted is normal.
i think it is because the flash didn't go smoothly.

try another pc for the flash

Try a different firmware, our take it to a phone repair shop to find out what is wrong.
