Project DarkforestROM has finally been started, and an early version of the Rom for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play has been released.
What is DarkforestROM?
DarkforestROM is an Android ROM made by the core development team here at DFG, currently there are only two developers, myself and mrangry15.
What we do is reskin the stock ROM and remove bloatware, as well as add some functionality. It sounds simple, but it is time consuming.
What devices are supported for DarkforestROM?
Currently we have two devices supported, the Xperia Play (GSM) and the HTC Sensation XE. We are planning on a Galaxy Ace release but we need testers or devices, and we can’t get hold of devices.
