We found this guide on the net, know one seems to know who made it but it has been reported to work by many users.
.Install New PC Studio (DO NOT CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO PC before or during the installation)
.During the installation you’ll get some errors at “installing drivers” point… just ignore them and continue the installation.
.After NPS is installed restart your PC.
.Open NPS.
.Connect your USB cable to your PC and then plug the cable in your phone.
.Right-Click on “Computer” (Win7) or “My Computer” icon (WinXP) and click on “Manage” or go to “Start/Control Panel (switch to clasic view)/Administrative Tools/Device Manager”.
.In “Device Manager” section, at “Other Devices”, you’ll find something like “SAMSUNG mobile USB xxx” or “Unknown Device”.
.Right-Click on the device and click “Update Driver”
9. — Windows XP x64 way: mark “Install from a list or a specific location (Advanced)” and hit “Next”. *NOTE*: If one of the two drivers (USB and modem) is still missing and you still have an “Unknown Device” in “Device Manager” repeat the search looking in “C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Samsung New PC Studio\USB Drivers\1 (or 2, 3, etc)”
